The National Agency of Perspective Projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan is completing the creation of the information system "Registration" which is designed to remotely submit an application for a permission to conduct mining activities on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The system is created in accordance with the Law "On licensing, permission and notification procedures", the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 3, 2018 № PP-3832 "On measures to develop the digital economy and the sphere of  crypto-assets turnover in the Republic of Uzbekistan", as well as the Regulation “On the procedure for issuing a permission for mining activities” (reg. number 3461 dated 29.09.2023)

At the moment, applicants (legal entities - residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan), seeking for a permit to conduct mining activities, can submit their applications through the information system.

Applications will be considered within the time frames established by law. The response to the applicant's application will also be provided through this information system and displayed in the applicant's personal cabinet.

When all stages are passed (submission, review, providing a response), the applicant will be sent corresponding notifications to the electronic mail address (email) specified by him/her during registration.

To submit an application, the applicant - a legal entity (resident of the Republic of Uzbekistan), must log in to the personal cabinet on the official website www.napp.uz.

You can log in the information system (personal cabinet) through the tab "Login to the system" in the upper right corner of the site. Entry is made using the EDS of a legal entity.

Next, you will need to “select role” – the name of the legal entity (not an individual).

After logging in, the "Mining" tab must be selected. Once the applicant has selected the "Submit Application" tab in the menu on the left and agreed to the offer (by ticking "I have read the rules!"), he/she will be taken to a page where he/she will need to fill in all the fields (attach corresponding files, select or fill in additional fields).

After completing all the processes, the applicant must provide their email address and, upon submitting the application, receive a notification of its successful submission.

It is worthwhile to note that this information system has been launched in a test mode.
