In accordance with the Regulations on the registration of participants in the Special Regime in the sphere of crypto-assets turnover (reg. MoJ № 3409 of December 30, 2022), the National agency of perspective projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan registered another participant in the form of “HEEMERA” LLC with a pilot project on blockchain analytics and return of crypto-assets lost as a result of theft, fraud, extortion and other illegal actions.

The pilot project will utilize a wide range of different tools and software for blockchain analytics and investigations. Such tools allow real-time monitoring of transactions for suspicious activity, linking crypto wallet addresses to suspicious activity, tracking the movement of crypto-assets, creating visual diagrams of their movement that make it easier to understand and track complex chains, identifying links between different addresses through clustering, total spend analysis, behavioral analysis, temporal analysis, geographic analysis, and identifying the ultimate owners of crypto wallets and crypto-assets.

The activities of a special regime participant coincide with the key priorities outlined in the FATF recommendations and documents.
