The National agency of perspective projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan -
is a state institution responsible for regulation, licensing, and permitting procedures in the sphere of crypto-assets turnover, capital market, insurance, e-commerce, lotteries and gambling activities.
In pursuance of Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 23, 2025 No. PP 191 "On measures for the further improvement of the reinsurance system in the country", in accordance with Article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On licensing, permitting and notification", and point 19 of Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 21, 2022 No. 80 "On Approval of the Unified Regulation for Licensing Certain Types of Activities through a Special Electronic System", on September 2, 2025, the National agency for perspective projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan issued a license to operate exclusively on reinsurance to NRO “O'ZBEKISTON QAYTA SUG'URTA KOMPANIYASI” JSC.
