The National Agency For Prospective projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan -
is a state institution responsible for regulation, licensing, and permitting procedures in the sphere of crypto-assets turnover, capital market, insurance, e-commerce, lotteries and gambling activities.
By Order No. 51 dated 17 June 2026, the Director of the National Agency for Prospective Projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved the List of international financial institutions eligible to issue bonds denominated in the national currency of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The List was approved in accordance with the Regulation on the Issuance and State Registration of Bonds of International Financial Institutions Denominated in the National Currency (Reg. No. 3660 of August 11, 2025), adopted pursuant to Decree No. PD-26 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 21, 2025 “On Additional Measures for the Further Development of the Housing and Mortgage Markets.”
The List comprises 14 international financial institutions (IFIs), including the World Bank, the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), and other international financial institutions.
