In accordance with Article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On licensing, permitting, and notification procedures" and clause 49 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 21, 2022, No. 80 "On approving the unified regulation on the licensing procedure for certain types of activities through a special electronic system," by the decision of the National Agency of Perspective Projects dated February 2, 2024, the license series SF No. 00018 issued to EUROASIA LIFE INSURANCE JSC to carry out insurance activities in the field of life insurance in I, II, III and IV classes and in the field of general insurance in 1 and 2 classes in voluntary and compulsory forms, have been annulled as of February 2, 2024.

JSC "EUROASIA LIFE INSURANCE" is obliged to fulfill, in the established manner, the obligations assumed under previously concluded insurance (reinsurance) contracts.
