Privacy Policy
of the National Agency of Perspective Projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan regarding the use of the mobile application "Sugurta Servis"
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) of the “Sugurta servis” mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the Application) of the National agency of perspective projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan (hereinafter referred to as the Agency) acts with applies to information that the Agency can receive from the user while his using the Application.
The Policy is applicable only to the Application and do not control and is not responsible for third party sites/services that the User can access via links accessible from the Application, including information about the User processed by third parties.
The Agency provides the Application as a free application. If the User chooses to use the Application, he agrees to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. The personal information we collect is used to provide and improve the Application. The information received will not be used or disclosed to anyone except as described in this Policy.
An individual or legal entity (user), at the time of sending a request for the provision of insurance services in the Application, accepts the Policy and gives his consent to the processing of personal data.
Familiarization of the User with all clauses of this Policy in the Application and checking the required box means his full and unconditional agreement (Agreement) with this Policy.
- Collection and use of information
By accepting the privacy policy, the user consents to the processing of his personal data by the Agency. In this case, the user’s personal data is transferred to the organization responsible for providing the insurance service through mutual electronic cooperation and processed.
The user gives his consent to the processing of personal data used in the insurance policy, which is generated by the Agency’s Unified Automated Information System.
Purpose of processing personal data:
- a) Identification of the User by going to the authorization site through the unified identification system id.egov.uz;
- b) To ensure that the user can use the insurance services of the Application.
During the processing of the applicant’s personal data, the following actions will be performed:
- a) Identification;
- b) use;
- c) provision;
- d) transfer;
Protection of personal data is ensured in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Insurance Activities”, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Compulsory Insurance of Civil Liability of Vehicle Owners” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 141 dated June 24, 2008 “On measures to implement the Law of the Republic Uzbekistan “On compulsory civil liability insurance of vehicle owners”, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” and other regulations governing relations in the field of ensuring the security of personal data.
The user confirms that information about the person he indicated belongs to him personally.
Contents of data that can be obtain from the User's device when using the application, and the purpose of obtaining it:
- Information about the location of the user's device.
Goal: to inform the user about the location of medical institutions for conducting alcohol intoxication examinations, their branches and points, as well as the user’s location when using the application, including filling out a notification of an accident without the participation of internal affairs bodies.
- Photos and videos taken using the device's camera.
Goal: Take and use photos and videos within the framework of the services provided by the Application, including creating and storing photos in the user’s profile in the Application, obtaining and using photo images and barcodes to read insurance policies, link applications of Application users and add photos of the incident scene, damage, reports assessments and certificates from medical institutions when filling out a notification of an accident without the participation of internal affairs bodies and filling out an application for insurance payment.
- Information about the operating system version and device model.
Goal: Analyze possible errors in the operation of the Application and improve the operation of the Application. For analysis purposes, the Agency may share operating system and device model information with service providers in anonymous form.
- Information about the user's IP address and access point address.
Goal: Increase user security when using the application
- Permission to make calls.
Goal: conditions for making audio calls from the user to receive help or contact the Agency.
Subject to this Policy, the Agency will process this data for the purposes specified above.
The Agency takes all organizational and technical measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, use, copying and distribution by third parties.
User data may be provide to government authorities in accordance with the requirements of current legislation.
- Cookies
Cookies are files with small amounts of data that are typically uses as anonymous unique identifiers. They are sent to your browser from websites you visit and stored in your device's internal memory.
This Application does not use these cookies.
- Service providers
We may employ third party companies and individuals for the following reasons:
- To facilitate our Application;
- To provide the Service on our behalf;
- To provide services related to the Application; or
- To help us analyze how our Application is used.
We want to inform users of this Application that these third parties have access to their Personal Information. The reason is perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

This Application may contain links to other websites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
- Children's privacy
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. We encourage all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to us through the Application please contact us. You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information.
- Changes to this Privacy Policy
The Agency has the right to make changes to this Policy by posting a new version of the Policy on the napp.uz website and/or in the Application. It is the user's responsibility to review the current version of the policy.
Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
This Policy is effective from the moment it is posted on this page and in the Application and may be changed by the Agency without notifying the user.
