The National agency of perspective projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan -
is a state institution responsible for regulation, licensing, and permitting procedures in the sphere of crypto-assets turnover, capital market, insurance, e-commerce, lotteries and gambling activities.
Representatives of the NAPP took part in the event “Talent Development in the Financial Services Sector of Uzbekistan,” organized by the British Management University in partnership with the National Association of Investment Institutions.
The panel discussion and networking session brought together leading experts from the financial industry and academia to discuss the future of careers in the financial market, strengthen ties between universities and industry, and provide career guidance for students.
Distinguished speakers included recognized experts in capital market development and financial reforms, with extensive experience in strategic planning, investment attraction, and the modernization of financial systems.
Participants discussed the knowledge and skills that will be in demand in the financial sector, and how to bridge the gap between academic education and the practical needs of the industry. The discussion also addressed the development of Uzbekistan’s stock market, the training of qualified professionals, and the adoption of international standards, including the CFA certification.
The event served as an important platform for open dialogue between academia, regulators, and the business community, highlighting the growing interest in the sustainable development of human capital in Uzbekistan’s financial sector.
