is a state institution responsible for regulation, licensing, and permitting procedures in the sphere of crypto-assets turnover, capital market, insurance, e-commerce, lotteries and gambling activities.

Li D. R. began his career in the field of public education system provision, after which he worked in mechanical engineering and metallurgy, holding various leadership positions.
From 2017 to 2019 – First Deputy Director of the National Agency for Project Management under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
From May 2019 to 2022 – Director of the National Agency for Project Management under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Currently, by decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 29, 2022, he was appointed Director of the National Agency of Perspective Projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

From 2003 to 2006, he worked at the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Later, from 2006 to 2017, he worked in various leadership positions within the system of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
In 2018, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
From 2019 to 2022, he worked as Deputy Director of the National Agency for Project Management under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Since May 2022 – First Deputy Director of the National Agency of Perspective Projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Awarded the medal «Содиқ хизматлари учун».

Orifjon Fayziev was born in 1982 in Bukhara Region. In 2003, he graduated from Tashkent State University of Economics, and in 2017 from the Banking and Finance Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
He began his career in 2004 in the banking system. From 2009 to 2017, he worked within the system of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In 2018-2019, he worked at the National Agency for Project Management. From 2019 to 2022, he served as Deputy Head of Department and Director of Department at the State Tax Committee. From 2023 until his appointment, he worked as Head of the Insurance Market Development Department of the Agency.
